1. What is the technology platform for this virtual event?
Virtual SBTW22 will be hosted on the eShow Technology Platform.
2. How can I access the virtual event?
Prior to the event, you will receive an email with login credentials and instructions for logging in.
3. Do you have any tips for troubleshooting technical issues during the event?
Yes, some top technology troubleshooting tips are listed below:
a) Preferred Browsers: Chrome Latest Release and Mozilla Firefox Latest Release.
Other options: Safari latest release and Edge lasts release. Internet Explorer is NOT supported
b) Log in early to ensure your technology is working properly and to help us start on time. Login access begins at 10:30 am ET on June 21, 2022.
c) For the best connection, exit out of other applications that might be using bandwidth, like email and IM. If possible, use an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi.
d) You need to disconnect from VPN or your government system. Use a personal device, if possible.
e) Use a browser other than Internet Explorer (see list above). If one browser causes difficulty, try another browser.
4. What are the system requirements for accessing this virtual event?
Requirements to attend vary depending on the system used (Windows, Mac, Linux). Windows 10 or higher, Mac: OS X 10.6 or higher; LINUX: RHEL 5.6 or later, openSUSE 11.3 or later, or ubuntu 0.04 or later. See the System Requirements document for more information.
5. Can I test my computer and network connections prior to the event?

6. Do I need to install software to participate or will there be a browser option?
No, software downloads are not needed, the technology platform, eShow, is browser-based

8. Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes, on-demand content will be available after the event for paid attendees. Participants will be notified after the event when the content is made available.
